One of my most challenging projects with Origin was the negotiation and drafting of a complex US$750 million Joint Venture with Origin’s local partner in Saudi Arabia as part of implementing an ERM (SAP R/3) project for Saudi Aramco. The project involved the establishment and subsequent acquisition of the JV partner (as well as the small matter of the contract with the customer).
