This English company developed a board process and governance methodology before “governance” became the key word of the 21st Century. Recently my firm managed the complete restructuring of the company, including the establishment of an off-shore entity in Cyprus as well the selective transfer and licensing of its IP assets in order to better manage its tax exposure. IDL has recently won significant contracts in Australia with ASX-listed customers and my firm continues to look after its legal affairs.
